Our mission is to serve and support the community in great need, providing trustworthy individuals who represent them with honesty, integrity, and expertise in all their real estate and mortgage needs. We also offer additional services such as immigration assistance, credit restoration, notary services, tax preparation, and estate planning with the help of experienced attorneys.
My inspiration to enter the real estate industry approximately 21 years ago stemmed from recognizing the need for a bilingual and trustworthy professional to assist families in achieving their dreams of homeownership and provide ongoing support.
Magnolia Realty & Más sets itself apart from other real estate companies in various ways, starting with our commitment to credit restoration. If buyers don’t meet the required credit score to purchase a home, we have the privilege of assisting them with mortgage loans and offering discounted interest rates for first-time homebuyers. In addition, we provide estate planning services to help buyers plan their wills and trusts.

Magnolia Realty y Mas was built on faith, perseverance, and a calling to serve. Earning my broker license gave me the independence to build a business rooted in my values. Finding my business partner, Scherrie, was another blessing. Together, we are committed to serving our underserved community.
As a mother of six, I know what it means to balance family, financial challenges, and a dream that takes time to realize. I postponed my broker exam to focus on my children. Looking back, I trust that God brought Magnolia Realty y Mas together in His perfect timing. My guiding lesson is simple: fall seven times, get up eight.
At Magnolia Realty y Mas, we stay connected to Sonoma County through broker meetings, real estate education, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Los Cien. Social media and Zillow help us reach more people, while mentorship helps us develop future real estate, mortgage, property management, and credit restoration professionals. We invest in our team’s personal growth through Klemmer seminars, with honesty, integrity, loyalty, and commitment at the heart of our work.
Every Magnolia Realty y Mas client is treated like family, whether they are buying their first mobile home or investing in multimillion-dollar properties. We listen, answer questions, address concerns, and treat everyone with equal respect and care. Some clients from 20 years ago still consider us family.
Our vision for Magnolia Realty y Mas is to become Northern California’s leading source of comprehensive Spanish-language services. We hope to help families buy homes, navigate residency and citizenship documentation, and restore their credit. We also aspire to support scholarships for more than 300 low-income students at St. Eugene’s Catholic School and continue giving to SAVA.
